Isolation to Inclusion: A Pathway to Belonging

This course covers social isolation, demographic changes, inclusive leadership, and belonging.

Too often, DEI initiatives only focus on inclusion and belonging for marginalized groups. While marginalized groups are most often to experience feelings of isolation in work environment, they are not the only people. The focus of this course is to broaden the intention of diversity and belonging efforts in order to further equity and inclusion for everyone.
