Active Participant in Encouraging Equity
"This course is engaging, clear and well-researched, and the cadence of information is constructive and thoughtful for audiences of all levels. I am now more aware of systemic oppression...as well as my responsibility to be a meaningful ally to marginalized groups and an active participant in encouraging equity in and outside of corporate contexts. I am grateful for Dr. Lewis's guiding voice throughout the course, which provokes meaningful self-reflection and dot-connection."
